Tips Sought to Find 3 Wanted on Warrants

Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for help in locating three people wanted on outstanding felony warrants.

Investigators are searching for Kelly Wayne Flowers, 28, of Ventura, who failed to show up for a scheduled court date.

Flowers, who had previous convictions for possession of dangerous weapons, was scheduled to face charges that he was under the influence of drugs, a violation of his probation terms.

His last known address was 484 Banner Ave. in Ventura.

He is described as about 6 feet, 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos of two skulls on his left arm.

Albert Aguilar, 31, of Moorpark had a warrant issued for his arrest after failing to appear at a scheduled court date.

Aguilar, whose last known address was 12569 James Weak Ave. in Moorpark, has two domestic violence convictions and was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.

He is described as about 5 feet, 4 inches, 140 pounds with dark brown hair and eyes.

Aguilar is believed to have moved to the Lancaster-Palmdale area, officials said.

Deborah Denise Davis, 32, of Oxnard also is being sought by authorities.

Davis, who sometimes goes by the name Deborah Richardson, is described as 5 feet, 5 inches, 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

She has a previous conviction for credit card theft.

Her family has since moved from Oxnard to Long Beach, officials said.

Investigators ask anyone with information to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers’ hotline at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.

Tipsters can call anonymously, and if the information leads to an arrest and conviction they could receive rewards of up to $1,000, officials said.
