Motorcycle Firm Acquires ‘4 Valve’ Technology

American Quantum Cycles has acquired the rights from Fueling Advanced Technology in Ventura to its “4 Valve” technology for motorcycles.

American Quantum, based in Coral Gables, Fla., has acquired the license to the patents, trademarks, copyrights and developmental data, as well as the inventory and tooling. The company now has exclusive license to the trademark “4 Valve” for motorcycles.

American Quantum intends to distribute the 4 Valve Head Bolt-on Kit for the Harley-Davidson Sportster and Big V-Twin.

Fueling Advanced Technology designs and develops internal combustion engine components for major auto and motorcycle manufacturers.
