Haitian Shot in Traffic Jam

ORLANDO, Fla. —
A Haitian immigrant who was pushing his stalled car out of traffic was shot by an angry motorist who thought he was taking too long to clear the way, Florida authorities said Wednesday. The victim, Jacques Dominique, 30, was in critical condition after being shot in the heart late Monday, officials said. The shooter was being sought.
