FOUNTAIN VALLEY — Certain officers and directors of CAM Data Systems Inc. may purchase up to 2% of the company’s common stock on the open market, the company said Friday.
CAM Data, a designer and developer of point-of-sale and accounting software, said that it believes the current market price for the company’s stock does not accurately reflect the company’s value.
Shares of CAM Data rose 44 cents a share Friday to close at $2.63 a share.
