A Las Vegas company said Friday that it has acquired American Custom Components Inc., a developer and manufacturer of electronic connectors for computers, in a reverse stock swap valued at $35 million.

Under the deal, Rainbow Bridge Services, a shell company that had been looking for an acquisition, will move to Anaheim and change its name to American Custom Components.

All 25 employees will remain at American Custom’s headquarters in Anaheim.
