Management Acquires 60% of American Title Co.

A majority interest in American Title Co., which has two offices in Ventura County, has been purchased by its management team.

ATC Holdings purchased 60% of the firm from Fidelity National Financial, which retains 40% of American Title and will continue to underwrite its title policies. ATC Holdings also owns West Point Appraisal, West Point Support, West Point Properties and Amerinix, an Internet site design company.

American Title has 37 offices in 13 California counties and the Phoenix metropolitan area. Its Ventura County offices are in Ventura and Westlake Village.
