The goal of this audio is to better the listener’s breathing as a way of improving stamina, concentration and overall fitness. It includes several exercises meant to invigorate, relax, or to target specific problems, such as asthma and pain. Most are short, easy to do and easy to learn. Many of the exercises are really meditations with breathing work. Much common sense went into producing this audio, as Hendricks issues an instruction and then pauses, allowing listeners to go through the motions. A longer program is offered as a foundation to his regimen, followed by a 10-minute daily routine. Hendricks’ manner is pleasant and welcoming, so this will work well for people who prefer guided instruction to self-teaching.
