Redman Trial: Pretrial proceedings continue to inch along for developer Marshall Redman, who is accused of swindling hundreds of mostly Latino investors in the Antelope Valley. Redman, who has already agreed to pay fines in a civil suit brought by authorities, is accused of fraud and grand theft in a case that has dragged on for 18 months. Defense attorney Harland Braun said it will be months more before the trial starts.
