Hanukkah Workshops Scheduled

Several Hanukkah workshops have been planned by Temple Beth Haverim, based in Agoura Hills, at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and Dec. 16. Sharene Johnson will teach the history, modern meanings, music and Talmudic origins of the winter holiday.

On Dec. 18, Rabbi Gary Johnson will lead an 8 p.m. discussion of the “December dilemma,” on the customs, meaning and relevance of Hanukkah.
