Reserve Major to Head Psychological Unit
Maj. E. Dryden Pence III of the Los Alamitos Armed Forces Reserve Center was installed recently as commander of the Psychological Operations Company, which works internationally to find peaceful resolutions to conflict.
Pence, a reservist, works as an investment banker for the health care industry and serves as executive vice president of Specialty Surgical Centers Inc. in Irvine.
After attending Harvard University, Pence enrolled in an ROTC program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received his officer’s commission.
