Prosoft to Buy Net Guru

Prosoft I-Net Solutions Inc. said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire closely held Internet training provider Net Guru Technologies Inc. of Oak Brook, Ill. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Prosoft, a provider of technology training for the Internet, said that Net Guru also provides training and consulting from its Chicago-based facility for clients such as IBM, Microsoft, Kemper National Insurance, First Chicago and the Department of Defense.

Net Guru revenue is expected to be near $1.5 million this year. Prosoft reported revenue of $3.5 million for its year ended July 31.
