Clark Twins Lead USC Victory

Twin sisters Kim and Kristin Clark each had 15 points as USC defeated San Diego State, 62-51, at the Lyon Center.

Kristin Clark also had six steals and Tiffany Washington had 12 points and 10 rebounds for USC (3-2). Courtney Bale had 14 points and 11 rebounds for San Diego State (2-4).

WOMEN

* UCLA (1-3) AT FRESNO STATE (4-4), 2--Maylana Martin, leading the Pac-10 in scoring in the early going with a 23-point average (15th in the NCAA), leads the Bruin charge today before UCLA leaves to play North Carolina and Duke on the road. Fresno State has one of the West Coast’s top rebounders in Janee Young.
