Firm Breaks Ground for Building at Maulhardt

Oxnard Merchant II Ltd. has broken ground on a 75,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility in the Maulhardt Industrial Park in Oxnard.
The building, on 4 acres at 1401 Maulhardt Ave., is designed for a single user but may be divided in half. Occupancy of the building, which will be available for sale or lease, is scheduled for April.
The project is valued at $3.8 million.
