Magic Software Cancels Shareholder Meeting

Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. canceled a Jan. 5 shareholder meeting scheduled to obtain approval for the sale of 1 million shares of common stock to its parent company, Mashov Computers Ltd., at $5.35 a share. Magic Software said the meeting was canceled after other potential investors expressed interest in the company. Magic Software is negotiating with them.
