The Dec. 19 Column One story about the modified right turn in voting patterns made by residents of the west sides of Manhattan and Los Angeles was quite illuminating. It seems that as much as these self-proclaimed liberals wish to see the rest of us reduced to the level of the inner-city underclass, they adamantly oppose suffering the same fate themselves. The blatant hypocrisy of these limousine leftists is truly breathtaking.
