Bausch & Lomb said it settled a lawsuit against its competitor Pfizer Inc. after Pfizer agreed to take TV ads for its Visine eye-care product off the air. But Pfizer defended the ads, saying they contained accurate information. . . . Integrated Health Services Inc. of Maryland said it agreed to buy Florida-based RoTech Medical Corp. for about $915 million in stock and assumed debt. . . .
