Rancho Victoria Plaza to Offer Fast Food Outlets
- Share via
Rancho Victoria Plaza, a $25-million neighborhood shopping center on 20 acres in Oxnard, will include Jack-in-the-Box and El Pollo Loco restaurants.
The shopping center, at the corner of 5th Street and Victoria Avenue, has had an Arco gas station since 1995.
Jack-in-the-Box has bought just over an acre of land south of the gas station and expects to open its fast-food restaurant in the fall. El Pollo Loco will locate its restaurant just west of Arco in a facility provided by the developer, Raznick & Sons of Woodland Hills.
Phase II of the development also will include a 10,800-square-foot retail building. Spudnuts, a doughnut chain, has leased 1,200 square feet of the space.
Two more building phases are planned, with the last one to include a supermarket.
