Zodiac update--The Zodiac four-game road swing continues in Milwaukee today and Minnesota Saturday and the team is still trying to find its form. Orange County has lost five in a row and is coping with the loss of two of its better players--defender Peter Lak and midfielder Gerardo Laterza--signed by the Galaxy of the MLS. One positive note is Jose Vasquez, whom the Galaxy announced last week it would sign, has decided to stay with the Zodiac. Vasquez, sidelined with a broken foot the last seven games, is expected to return today. The team has also added Juan Guerrero, a midfielder from Indio who played in last weekend’s trip to Atlanta and Nashville.

Rampage update--Milwaukee, coached for former U.S. national team coach Bob Gansler, has had its own problems, but has recently shown signs of improvement. The Rampage ended a five-game losing streak with a 2-1 victory over the Zodiac last month and have split two A-League games since.
