Logix Development Corp., a communications company, has announced plans to move its operations and 100 employees from Westlake Village to 473 E. Post St. in the Camarillo Airport Business Park this fall.
Logix signed a 10-year lease for the 17,680-square-foot facility, agreeing to pay Ventura County more than $1.2 million.
“We have outgrown three facilities in the past three years,” said Logix President David Howington. “The flexibility of this location will accommodate the future needs of our growing company.”
Capital Commercial Real Estate represented Logix in the transaction.
