Advanced Logic Research: The Irvine computer products company reported that net income rose 23% in the third fiscal quarter to $2.7 million, or 21 cents a share, from $2.2 million, or 18 cents a share, for the same period a year ago. Sales for the quarter ended June 30 advanced 6% to $53.4 million from $50.2 million. Net income for the first three quarters of fiscal 1997 rose 38% to $9.1 million, or 71 cents a share, from $6.6 million, or 54 cents a share, for the comparable nine months of the prior year. Revenue was up 2% to $165.2 million from $162.4 million.
