More than 30 restaurants and 80 California wineries will offer food and wine samples at the 11th annual Gourmet Food and Wine Tasting Festival in Torrance on Saturday. Among the events are a wine-tasting competition for Cabernet Sauvignons, Chardonnays and ultra premium reds, and a silent auction, proceeds from which go to the Luminaries, a hospital volunteer group that funds the Woman to Woman Image Enhancement Program for those undergoing cancer treatment.
