A 17-year-old Filipino gang member was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of shooting three people last weekend at a restaurant, police said.

The suspect was being held at Orange County Juvenile Hall on suspicion of three counts of attempted murder, police said.

The three men were eating outside Albertaco’s restaurant at 5800 Lincoln Ave. when a man approached them and demanded to know where they were from, Sgt. John Avila said.

One victim is still hospitalized in stable condition with neck wounds. The other two, who were shot in the wrist and leg, were treated and released, police said.

The teen was arrested after Cypress police searched his home at Atlantic Avenue and Willow Street in Long Beach, Avila said.

Police did not release his name because he’s a juvenile.

Investigators are still trying to find the white 1990 Honda Prelude that was used in the incident. The car is described as lowered, with tinted windows and stock wheels. Anyone with information is asked to call (714) 229-6638.
