Pinkerton’s Buys 2nd Canadian Security Firm

Pinkerton’s Inc. said it has acquired GSF Securibec Inc., a Quebec-based security services company.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

It is Pinkerton’s second acquisition of a Canadian security company in about a month. In September, the Encino-based supplier of contract security and investigation services bought the Montreal-based alarm company G.E.S.S. Alarms Inc.
