ACT Networks’ Chief Operating Officer Resigns

ACT Networks in Camarillo has announced the resignation of Michael S. Gardner, its chief operating officer for the past year.

Gardner, who resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, intends to pursue other opportunities in Northern California. Martin Shum, president and chief executive officer, will assume Gardner’s responsibilities.

ACT Networks develops and manufactures wide-area network access products.
