Poling Sets Tone For Agoura, 42-14

Chris Poling rushed for 221 yards in 23 carries, including a 73-yard touchdown run on his first carry as Agoura High routed Thousand Oaks, 42-14, Friday night in a Marmonte League game at Agoura.

Poling added a three-yard scoring run early in the third quarter to put the Chargers (7-3, 5-1) ahead, 28-7.

Scott Ange completed 11 of 15 passes for 122 yards for Thousand Oaks (4-5, 3-3) and Glenn Perrault had four receptions for 69 yards.

But Agoura rushed for 316 yards. Quarterback Marcus Helfman scored on runs of two and one yard and threw a 13-yard scoring pass to Ryan Antzoulatos.
