Pacific Gulf Stock Sale

Pacific Gulf Properties Inc. said it sold 4.25 million shares of common stock Monday at $20.75 a share.

The real estate investment trust said net proceeds from the sale total about $83 million, which will be used to fund acquisitions and repay some debt.
