Dodger and Angel Fans Still Loyal but Cautious

So the Dodgers are going to fill the gap at shortstop by trading for the Expos’ Mark Grudzielanek? A quick check of the stats reveals that over the past two seasons this player has made more errors than he has letters in his surname--59 to be exact. I hope the front office does some more homework before stepping off this cliff.

The rumor is, the Angels are offering Jim Edmonds for a starting pitcher. OK, maybe, but every time I hear something like that, I break out in a cold sweat.

They had a chance for Jaret Wright and blew it. The player they drafted instead, they threw into a trade for a washed-up Jim Abbott. And if that wasn’t bad enough, they traded Damion Easley, Chili Davis and J.T. Snow and got very, very little in return.

We need some good solid decisions and less Mickey Mousing in the front office.
