Authorities Identify Pedestrian Killed by Car
HUNTINGTON BEACH —
Investigators say they have identified a pedestrian killed on Pacific Coast Highway early Tuesday as a 35-year-old transient.
Cindy Zinter was walking down the middle of the highway between Magnolia and Newland streets when she was struck by a passing car about 4:40 a.m., Huntington Beach police said.
The driver was not cited.
