The Burbank Tournament of Roses Assn. seeks volunteers to assist in float construction and decoration. Volunteers will meet from 6 to 10 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays and Saturdays beginning at 10 a.m. until the day’s work is completed at the Float Barn Construction and Decoration Site, Public Service Department, 320 N.
