City Charter Reform Topic of Public Forum
The Platt Library will be host to a community discussion Tuesday on a hot civic topic: city charter reform, its impacts and issues.
The free round-table discussion will give residents a chance to express their views, library officials said.
Third District Councilwoman Laura Chick, who represents the area, will be joined on the panel by Dennis Zine, vice president of the elected City Charter Reform Committee, and Sharon Schuster, a member of the appointed Los Angeles City Charter Reform Committee.
The discussion will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the library, 23600 Victory Blvd., Woodland Hills.
