Vitesse Semiconductor Announces Appointments

The board of directors of Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. in Camarillo has appointed James Mikkelson, vice president for technology, as chief technical officer, and Jeanne Johnson as vice president for human resources.

Mikkelson is co-founder of Vitesse and has served as a vice president since its inception in 1987. Before Vitesse, he was a project manager at Hewlett-Packard.

Johnson has been director of human resources at Vitesse since 1987. Before joining Vitesse, Johnson spent 10 years working in human resource management.
