VitalCom Inc.: The Tustin provider of computer networks for health care facilities incurred a net loss of $841,479, or 11 cents a share, compared to a net loss of $2.2 million, or 27 cents a share, for the third quarter of 1996. Revenue climbed 97% to $5.7 million from $2.9 million. The year-to-date net loss was $4.3 million, or 53 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $2.4 million, or 32 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was up 3% to $15.3 million from $14.9 million.
