Police Investigators Seek Sex Offender
Oxnard investigators are looking for a registered sex offender who moved from his home without telling authorities.
Police are looking for Thomas Duane Smith, 33, who has moved from his home within the last month, officials said.
Smith is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He drives a 1977 BMW with California license number 2ALS136.
Anyone with knowledge of Smith’s whereabouts is asked to notify Oxnard detectives at 385-7606.
