WOW! Electronics-CD Store Proposed at Mall

A proposal to build a 45,000-square-foot consumer electronics and CD store at the Laguna Hills Mall will be considered today by city leaders.
The WOW! superstore, a joint venture of Tower Records and The Good Guys, is proposed for the former location of Circuit City. The plan will be reviewed by the City Council in its capacity as Planning Commission.
Plans call for the former Circuit City building to be demolished and replaced with a new building.
