Jean-Michel Cazes, proprietor of Cha^teau Lynch-Bages, introduces six wines from the 1995 Bordeaux vintage as well as wines from 1975 and 1981 on Monday. These wines will be paired with a menu created by chef Carrie Nahabedien of the Four Seasons Hotel. Special rate for members of the Wine Assn. of the Duke of Bourbon.
