School’s in Session
Thousands of San Fernando Valley students this week will return to schools that face growing enrollments but smaller class sizes in some cases.
School district officials expect the number of Valley students to increase again, but new state policies mandating smaller classes will also take effect.
Opening-day schedules will vary from campus to campus over the next several days.
Information is available at individual schools or the Los Angeles Unified School District’s parent resource network, (800) 933-8133.
