LTC Properties Declares Quarterly Dividend

LTC Properties in Oxnard has declared a third-quarter cash dividend of 36 1/2 cents per share on its outstanding common stock.

The dividend is payable Sept. 30 to stockholders of record on Sept. 15.

The company is a real estate investment trust organized to invest in long-term care and other health-care related facilities through mortgage loans, facility lease transactions and other investments.
