McBride Quits LTC for Top Spot at Assisted Living

William McBride III, president and chief operating officer of Oxnard-based LTC Properties and chairman of the board at Assisted Living Concepts, has resigned from LTC to become chief executive officer of Assisted Living.

James J. Pieczynski, chief financial officer of LTC, has assumed the additional duties of president.

Other management changes include: Pamela J. Privett, currently outside general counsel to the company, has joined LTC as senior vice president and general counsel; Christopher T. Ishikawa, vice president and treasurer, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief investment officer; and Darrell D. Struck has been appointed vice president and treasurer.

LTC, a real estate investment trust, was organized to invest in long-term care and other health-care facilities through mortgage loans, facility lease transactions and other investments.
