Parks, YMCA Benefit From Extra Funding

Four city parks will get picnic tables, and the Anaheim YMCA will receive money for extra programs as a result of funding from Orange County Urban Parks Program.
The City Council has approved agreements with the county for the funding, which includes $15,000 to buy picnic tables for Boysen, La Palma, Pioneer and Peralta parks.
The YMCA will use its $15,000 to provide programs for Anaheim residents.
