The workshop will be in the Marconi Automotive Museum, 1302 Industrial Drive in Tustin, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Organizers of the event, which is being sponsored by California Water Service Co., said it will provide a forum to share strategies for crafting budgets based on community needs.
