Diana’s Song: The craze over Elton John’s tribute to Princess Diana, the reworked “Candle in the Wind,” has struck the San Fernando Valley. “I’ve worked for Tower for 16 years and have never seen anything like this,” said Anita Bond, general manager of the Tower Records in Sherman Oaks. The store sold more than 100 copies shortly after midnight Tuesday. Twenty customers were waiting at the door later that morning.
