Dally Jury Continues Its Deliberations
Jurors in the murder trial of Michael Dally finished a third day of deliberations Thursday without reaching a verdict.
Dally is accused of conspiring with his lover, Diana Haun, to kidnap and murder his wife, Sherri, who was abducted May 6, 1996, from a Target store parking lot. Haun was convicted of murder and kidnapping late last year and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
If convicted on all charges, Dally, a 37-year-old grocery store clerk, could face the death penalty.
The jury is expected to resume deliberations this morning.
