Child Abuse

“Child Abuse Deaths Increase for 2nd Year” (March 31) left a big, nagging question in my mind unanswered. Are the perpetrators of this abuse behind bars for life, as they would be if the same heinous acts had been committed against other adults, or are they still out exercising their “right” to make more babies (victims)?
