Sunstone Group Buys Oxnard Hilton Inn

Sunstone Hotel Investors Inc. said Monday it acquired the Hilton Inn in Oxnard for about $9.3 million from Westbrook Partners. Sunstone said the hotel was 57.5% occupied last year, when average daily room rates were $70.98. The real estate investment trust also said it plans to buy four additional hotels for a total of about $71 million.
