Promenade Project to Be Focus of Hearing
The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors will hold a public hearing today to discuss plans for the Marina Waterfront Promenade.
Julie Cook of the department’s Design Control Board said the panel is seeking public comment about improvements such as paving, fencing and lighting between basins D and H.
The renovations are designed to improve public access to the waterfront, Cook said.
The meeting is at 2 p.m. at Burton Chace County Park community building, 13650 Mindanao Way.
