Share

Student artists countywide will display their work Tuesday at the Schools’ Art Gallery Spring Show.

Hosted by the Ventura County superintendent of schools office, the exhibit will feature drawings, watercolors, oil paintings and ceramics of students in grades one through 12 from 13 county districts. The artwork will be selected by a panel of art teachers and others on Monday.

The first show, which was held in March, featured about 40 pieces.

“The point is to show other schools and the public the quality of fine art,” said Patricia Robinson, curator of the show.
