Re “GTE Admits Releasing Unlisted Numbers,” April 17: Is this the same GTE whose directories business unit is a past winner of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award? Perhaps as atonement for recent errors, GTE should be forced to increase the type size on its directory listings so that customers can find information in “The Everything Pages” without a magnifying glass.
