Vigilantes Fail at the Plate and Fall to Posse, 2-0

Held to two singles by Tri-City pitchers Levi Lacey and Ned Darley, the Vigilantes lost to the Posse, 2-0, Wednesday in a Western Baseball League game at Saddleback College.

John Homan gave up only six hits in five innings for the Vigilantes, but his error contributed to a two-run Tri-City rally in the second inning. The other run scored on Jeremy Booth’s double.

Kevin Tahan and Robert Muro had the only hits for the Vigilantes, who are 10-9 in the second half of the season.
