MTV in Search of a Model Citizen
MTV’s “House of Style” and IMG Models are kicking off a model search in four cities beginning Aug. 22.
The “Model Mission” semifinals will take place Aug. 22 at Pioneer Place in Portland, Ore.; Sept. 5 at the Savannah Mall in Savannah, Ga.; Oct. 17 at the Plaza at King of Prussia, King of Prussia, Pa.; and Oct. 24 at the Mall of America, Bloomington, Minn.
Finalists will compete to appear on MTV’s “Fashionably Loud” and win a $250,000 contract with IMG Models.
In addition, Mademoiselle magazine will feature the winner in an upcoming issue.
To be eligible, young women must be 16 to 24 years old with a valid passport or birth certificate, a U.S. citizen, 5-foot-7 or taller, and available the week of Dec. 5.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
