StarBase Corp.: The Santa Ana provider of Internet and intranet-based products reported a net loss of $2.4 million, or 14 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter, compared with a net loss of $3 million, or 25 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $1.2 million from $338,000.
